Returns and Refund Policy

To ensure that our customers can shop with confidence, we handle returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy.

Returns and Size Exchanges

If you wish to return an item or request a size exchange, hand the parcel to the carrier within 7 days after delivery. The deadline is determined by the date on which the carrier accepts the return parcel.

The item must be unused, tried on indoors only, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories. We may refuse items that have been worn outdoors, show signs of use, stains, damage, odors, or have missing tags or accessories.

Sale items, lucky bag items, and other items clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping for a standard return made for personal reasons. For a size exchange, the customer pays the return shipping, and LEVANO covers shipping the replacement item. LEVANO covers shipping costs if the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

When the customer is responsible for return shipping, please send the parcel using a prepaid shipping method.

Before sending the item back, contact us on LINE (https://lin.ee/pmgI5FT) with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

LEVANO will begin processing the refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. The date the funds reach your account depends on the processing time of your payment provider or financial institution.

Refunds

Refund Methods

• Credit card payments: The refund will be issued through the card company used for the original purchase.
• Bank transfer payments: The refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer. Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Costs

• Return shipping costs
• Bank transfer fees incurred when a refund is issued by bank transfer

Credit card processing fees are covered by our store and will not be charged to the customer.

• Order number
• Full name
• Name of the item you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange, for example, the size does not fit
