Returns and Exchanges: If you wish to return an item or request a size exchange, hand the parcel to the carrier within 7 days after delivery. The deadline is determined by the date on which the carrier accepts the return parcel. Items must be unused, tried on indoors only, and have all original product tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping for a standard return made for personal reasons. For a size exchange, the customer pays the return shipping, and LEVANO covers shipping the replacement item. LEVANO covers shipping costs if the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
